The success of WRAP depends on our Partners. They consists of volunteers, donors, social organizations, government bodies, businesses and others located in the Cedar Rapids metropolitan and surrounding area. WRAP is a non-profit with daily operational support from UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s – Cedar Rapids.
