The Wheelchair Ramp Accessibility Program (WRAP) provides timely home access to people in need. We are a coalition of volunteers and service organizations who work together to build custom wheelchair ramps and stairs, giving people with limited mobility the freedom to enter and leave their homes safely.
Building accessibility one ramp at a time for those in need in the Linn County area and beyond…
Fulfilling the desire of those in need by building ramps to the outside world for a better future.
Our clients are often in crisis — affected by a life-changing illness or accident that leaves them unable to get back into their homes. A wheelchair ramp is usually the last thing on their minds. We’re here to help with a quick and affordable solution that enables our clients to regain their independence and quality of life.

WRAP volunteers offer free labor and, if needed, help clients find financial assistance for building materials. We also assist with repairs after the ramp is installed.
